The terms of Sacred Woman's Arts LLC. Please read them before you apply or book.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Sacred Woman's Arts LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, 30 N Gould St #49234, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), and you ("participant") for the Sacred Woman's Arts Initiation (the "Training") and for our other paid offers such as retreats, live circles and digital products.
They apply to consumers and to business customers. A consumer is anyone who enters into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession. Conflicting or additional terms of the participant do not apply, even if we do not expressly object to them.
The contract language is English. Contact: [email protected].
The Training is limited to eight women per cohort. You apply through the application form. We read every application personally and reply by email. An application is not yet an offer to buy, and being on a waiting list creates no obligation for either side.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your place in writing and you complete your registration and payment through the order form. Before you place a binding order, the button will clearly state that the order carries an obligation to pay.
All prices are stated in euros. The early bird price applies until the date shown on the Training page. After that date the standard price applies. We do not charge value added tax where we are not required to.
Payment is made through our payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal). Where we offer payment in instalments, each instalment is due on the date stated at checkout. If a payment fails, we will remind you. We may pause your access until the overdue amount is paid. The statutory rules on default apply, and your obligation to pay the agreed total remains.
The Training runs for six months. It includes teaching modules, eight live classes held online on Sundays from 1:00 to 3:00pm Central European Time, recordings of the live classes, workbooks, a practice library and access to the cohort community, as described on the Training page at the time of your booking.
We may reasonably change dates and times, replace a teacher or host, or adapt the order of content, provided the overall nature of the Training is preserved. We will tell you in good time. If a live class is missed, the recording remains available to you.
At the end of the Training, participants who have taken part receive a certificate of participation.
You must be at least 18 years old. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing. Every practice is optional and you may stop or adapt any practice at any time.
The Training is body-oriented spiritual education. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional or financial result.
All teaching materials, videos, recordings, workbooks, methods and texts remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning and, after completing the Training, to apply the methods you have learned in your own circles and practice.
You may not copy, share, publish, resell or record the materials or the live classes, and you may not present our materials or our name as your own, without our written permission.
Live classes are recorded for the participants of the cohort. You may keep your camera off. Recordings are shared only with the cohort. By taking part with camera or microphone on, you agree to being recorded for this purpose.
Personal stories shared in the circle stay in the circle. Please treat what other participants share as confidential.
We ask everyone to treat each other with respect. If you seriously or repeatedly breach these rules and endanger the safety of the group, we may exclude you from the Training. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Where you are responsible for the exclusion, we may keep the fee for the remaining period, less the expenses we save.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, the model withdrawal form and the special rules for services and digital content are set out on our page Withdrawal and Cancellation.
After the withdrawal period has ended and once the Training has begun, fees already paid are not refundable, and instalments already agreed remain due, unless the law provides otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cancel a cohort, we refund all amounts you paid for it. If you cannot continue for serious reasons such as illness, please write to us. We will look at a solution together, for example a place in a later cohort.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides for liability, such as under the Product Liability Act.
For slightly negligent breaches of obligations that are essential to reaching the purpose of the contract, our liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence.
These limits also apply to the personal liability of our employees and helpers.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law govern this contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected.
If you are a merchant, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in the courts of the country where you live, and we may bring claims against you only there.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If a problem comes up, please write to us first. We would like to find a fair solution with you.
We may update these Terms for future contracts. Contracts already concluded keep the terms that applied when you booked. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the statutory rules replace the invalid one.
