We care about your privacy and keep this simple.
Sacred Woman's Arts LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA, 30 N Gould St #49234, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, represented by Jenny Jessen. Email: [email protected]. This is the controller of your personal data. Because we are based in the United States, your data is processed in the United States as well as by the service providers listed below.
Visiting this website: our host receives technical data such as your IP address, the pages you request and your browser type. We process it to deliver the site securely and to fix errors (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not run analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use a tracking pixel.
Applications and contact: when you fill in the application form, the contact form or write to us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, email, country and your answers, to reply and to review your application (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing. Health-related questions on the application form are optional, and we ask for your separate, explicit consent before we store any answer to them. If you voluntarily tell us about your health or personal history, we treat it as confidential and process it only with your consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Waiting lists, newsletters and free gifts: if you sign up for the waiting list, the free journal or emails, we store your name and email address and send you the emails you asked for. Ticking the box on the form is your consent, and we keep a record of it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Booking and payment: for bookings we process your contact and billing details and payment status to fulfil the contract and to meet legal record-keeping duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Videos: YouTube videos are loaded only after you click them, in the privacy-enhanced mode. Only then does your browser connect to Google. Recordings of live classes are used only within the cohort.
We use carefully chosen service providers who process data on our behalf or for their own purposes as independent controllers: website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery and newsletters (Kit and Resend), payment processing (Stripe and PayPal), and video hosting (YouTube, Google). We do not sell your data.
We and most of our providers are based in the United States. Where a provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or we have agreed standard contractual clauses, we rely on these. When you contact us or book directly with us, the transfer is necessary to perform the contract or your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) or you consent to it (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
We keep applications and correspondence only as long as needed to handle them, and delete unsuccessful applications within twelve months. Waiting list and newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To use your rights, write to us at [email protected].
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use tracking technologies. Fonts and images are hosted on our own servers.
Our offers are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections. We may update this policy when our services change. The current version is always on this page.
