This page explains how cancellation, withdrawal and refunds work for the Sacred Woman's Arts Initiation (the Training) and for our retreats. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. To cancel or withdraw, write to us in text form at [email protected] and tell us your name and which offer you booked. The date of your email counts.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your Training booking within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days begin on the day the contract is concluded. Send us a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page.
If you withdraw in time, we refund all payments without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days after we receive your notice, using the payment method you used. There is no fee for a withdrawal.
If you ask us to begin before the 14 days end (for example because the opening class falls inside the period) and then withdraw, you pay a reasonable amount for what you have already received, in proportion to the full price. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, if you agreed to an earlier start and confirmed this loss.
At checkout we ask for your consent to an early start: "I expressly agree that Sacred Woman's Arts LLC begins the services before the end of the withdrawal period. I know that I lose my right of withdrawal once the services have been fully provided, and that if I withdraw before then I must pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided."
Before the opening class: you may cancel in text form at any time. We refund what you paid, minus an administration fee of 10 percent of the price.
From the opening class onward: fees already paid are not refunded, and any instalments you agreed to remain due. This is because places are limited to eight women and we cannot fill a place once the group has begun.
If life intervenes: if you cannot continue because of serious illness, a family crisis or pregnancy, please write to us. We look for a solution together. Once per participant, you may pause and join the next cohort at no extra cost, and we pause your instalments for that time.
Missed payments: if an instalment fails, we remind you. If it stays unpaid, we may pause your access until it is paid. The amount you agreed to pay stays due.
Early bird price: the early bird price applies to your booking on the day you book. If you cancel and later book again, the price valid at that time applies.
If we cancel: if we cancel a cohort, we refund every payment you made for it in full. If we need to move dates, you may cancel and receive a full refund if the new dates do not work for you.
The Aphrodite Retreat on Corfu (May 5 to 11, 2027) is currently open for the waiting list only. Joining the waiting list is free and creates no obligation. Full booking terms are sent to you in writing before booking opens. The cancellation terms below apply once a place is booked.
Cancellation by you: cancellation fees are 15% of the retreat price up to 90 days before the start, 40% from 89 to 61 days, 60% from 60 to 29 days, and 85% from 28 days before the start. Cancellations must be sent in writing.
Substitute participant: you may name a substitute participant up to 7 days before the retreat begins, at no additional fee.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of us confirming the refund. Payment provider fees that are not refunded to us are our cost, not yours, where the refund is your legal right.
